An extended article on Bird Town Pennsylvania was included in the Environmental Advisory Council (EAC) Network Newsletter is now included on the EAC Network Home Page on the WeConservePA website. It provides an extended overview of the program and links to the Bird Town Pennsylvania toolkit to help municipalities with EACs to learn more about the program and the application process to become a Bird Town. It is notable that in many cases, the EACs have been the leaders in helping many of the municipalities to become part of the Bird Town Pennsylvania program.
